David Giltner

David Giltner, SIOR serves as Senior Vice President, Brokerage and Advisory Services. Giltner brings 30 years of transactional experience and success to Dominion where he will continue to specialize in representing industrial landlords corporate tenant-occupiers and developers throughout southwestern Oakland and western Wayne counties. Over the course of his Commercial Real Estate career, David has represented many notable clients, a few of them include Veritiv Corp., Bluewater Technology, Amson Nassar Development, Stuart Frankel Development Company, Redico and Kojaian Companies. David currently serves as the President of the Michigan Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of Michigan State University.
