David Gaines
Goldstone Realty Partners is led by its Founder and Managing Broker, David Gaines. Also Managing Director of Goldstone Consulting Group LLC
David has an entrepreneurial history that includes the formation of several successful small businesses. In his leadership role at Goldstone Consulting Group he over sees the daily operations of the firm’s economic development and site selection services. He has also served in key leadership roles in two economic development agencies as well as a founding member and two-time Chairman of the Northeast Missouri Development Partnership,a 14-county regional economic development agency. Mr. Gaines has served over the years on several Board of Directors for community based non-profit educational and social service originations. In addition, he has also served in leadership roles as both a Board Member and a Chief Officer in two fire protection districts.
