David Fugitt

David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner in the firm and has 33 years of commercial real estate experience. He was most recently Senior Vice president of John D. Hastings Commercial Real Estate also based in Westport. In this position he managed nine commercial agents. He has represented many large corporate clients, small to medium companies and investors in the leasing and purchase of commercial and investment properties. He has also served on numerous not for profit boards of directors and is a past Chairman of the Board of the Westport, CT Chamber of Commerce. David is a graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio and earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 1999.
