David is a native of Southern California having grown up in the Los Angeles area. David graduated from University of Southern California Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in Business in 1984. David’s geographic focus has been with industrial and commercial properties in the West Los Angeles and Central Los Angeles areas for the last 18 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with investors and developers in the acquisition of obsolete properties and converting the properties to more functional uses. David’s experience has included sale/leaseback’s, leased investments, landlord and tenant representation, site search and acquisition, build-to-suit projects, and land developments. With a personal transaction value in excess of $300 million and totaling over 15 million square feet of space, David has experienced a multitude of transactions. With DAUM, David has consistently been the number one producing broker in the Los Angeles office for four of the past six years. In addition, David has been in the Top Ten of the entire company eleven of the past twelve years. David is recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the Los Angeles region and has earned this recognition through a strong commitment to the local market area and a work ethic comparable to none.
