David Eggnatz

David Eggnatz joined Katz and Associates in October of 2013. He is based in our Boca Raton, Florida office. David's responsibilities include all aspects of commercial leasing, including landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Katz and Associates, David was a Jr. Acquisitions Analyst for J.I. Kislak in Miami Lakes where he was involved in market research, leasing transactions, reviewing budgets and analyzing rent rolls. He was responsible for performing analysis of operating statements which assisted with the overall use of pro formas and underwriting. He also held multiple executive board positions within the Real Estate Society at Florida State University, serving two consecutive semesters as Secretary and Event Coordinator. David holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
