David Dorris
National Multi Housing Group
David joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and is a member of the firm's National Multi Housing Group. He specializes in multi-family property sales in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the mid-South. David began his multi-family career with Greystone Servicing Corporation, a private multi-family mortgage lender that consistently ranks as a top 10 multi-family lender nationally. At Greystone, David underwrote Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans in excess of $1 billion loan dollars. David also managed the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan underwriting outsourcing program and oversaw in excess of $200 million loan dollars underwritten. David is a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis and sits on several committees within the association. David graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee where he was a four-year letter winner in football and a captain of the lacrosse team. In his spare time, David is a community lacrosse coach at a local high school and teaches English classes at Su Casa Ministries.
