David Dobek

David works both on Landlord and Tenant Representation in the state, specializing in the urban, mixed-use environment. With a strong portfolio of over twenty current urban listings and several prior, David has been integral with helping both national and local developers execute on their retail leasing plans and attract high-caliber tenants in joining their projects. Current clients include AEW, AMLI, Edgemark Development, Elevation Development Group, National Real Estate Advisors, NAVA Real Estate Development, and Trammell Crow Residential to name a few. Prior to Blue West Capital, David was Vice President with SullivanHayes Brokerage in Denver, CO. He was influential within the Chainlinks Retail Advisors network, where he was Chair of the 2nd Gen brokerage group, which numbered in the hundreds. On a personal note, David is dedicated to volunteering as Denver Alumni President for the Evans Scholarship Foundation. He is also husband to his wonderful wife, Sarah, and father to Cooper and Hannah.
