David Dees is a Senior Vice President with Fults Commercial Real Estate who provides clients with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market and provides his clients with an edge to take advantage of marketplace changes. David’s primary focus is on office and medical office landlord transactions on behalf of institutions and local investors. The expansive range of services David offers includes lease negotiation, asset management, site selection, development, debt financing, equity raising, equipment financing, design and construction of office and medical office facilities, property management, asset management, and sales negotiations. Before joining Fults, David was a Director of Landlord Services with CASE Commercial Real Estate overseeing a portfolio of over 1 million square feet. He specialized in assisting companies with their office and medical office portfolios in the Dallas-Fort Worth market where he helped assess, strategically plan, and fulfill their facility requirements. David also advised clients such as Prattco International, ORDA Construction, case, SportsVillage USA, Mansfield Medical Plaza, and Medical Center at Calloway Creek. David's experience includes starting Day & Night Realty, L.L.C., a landlord services company focused on office and medical office products in the DFW metroplex. He was the Vice President at Magellan Commercial Realty, Inc. where he started an office landlord representation division. Before joining Magellan, David marketed and leased the Landgem Office I portfolio for BeerWells Real Estate Services, which was a portfolio consisting of nine mid-rise office and medical buildings totaling over 2 million square feet. He was also involved in leasing and marketing several properties directly owned and managed by BeerWells Real Estate Services, Inc. David started his career with Wilcox Realty Group where he was directly involved in the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of office space as well as working on the Meridan Industrial Trust portfolio consisting of more than 4.5 million square feet of industrial space in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Born and raised in Dallas, David attended both The University of Texas at Dallas and Texas Tech University. He resides in Dallas with his wife Kelly where they enjoy spending time together in the outdoors.
