David Daly

David Daly is a Senior Vice President specializing in retail properties with CBRE Minneapolis/ St. Paul. Focusing on occupier representation, David has established himself as an expert among several national and regional retailers. As an active member in the community along with his broad network of landlord relationships, David is able to provide quality service, extensive experience and local market knowledge to each of his clients. David and his team have been responsible for several market roll out strategies with retailers such as ALDI (+/- 100 transactions), DSW (13 transactions) and Caribou Coffee (+45 transactions). Prior to joining CBRE, David was with Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. He was highly regarded as an industry leader and professional, and as a result he earned NorthMarq’s 2010 Rising Star Award. In 2013, David was strategically recruited to join CBRE’s retail platform along with his partner, Matt Friday. David was recently named among the Chain Store Age publication’s “10 Under 40” that celebrates the next generation of the retail real estate industry’s business elite. David resides in Edina with his wife Heidi and their three children Emerson, Whitney and William. In his free time, David enjoys amateur car racing where he is a seven-time divisional SCCA champion.
