David Crawford

David Crawford is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Retail Services Group. With more than 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he specializes in retail site selection, as well as landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Crawford has a very diverse background in retail leasing and development. Early in his career he worked on the sale of large commercial development tracts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and also procured freestanding locations for CVS Pharmacy and their preferred developers. More recently he has been very focused on both tenant and landlord representation. He represented Publix with their entry into the Central Virginia market, helping to procure five (5) different locations for them and leasing properties which Publix has developed. He has also worked with First Watch to expand their presence in Central and Western Virginia, procuring eight (8) locations to date.
