David Court

David Court has been active in real estate for more than forty years and is an active member of ICSC and ULI Toronto. An astute businessman with exceptional analytical abilities, he has developed a reputation as very able negotiator. During his career, he has held various management positions, notably with Marathon Realty Corporation, Cairns Development of Regina, Saskatchewan, Sutter Hill Developments and Ivanhoe Inc., and has managed major commercial property portfolios, including one with an area of over 2 million sq. ft. He has also been an independent consultant engaged in the acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of a number of properties including College Park (Phase II) in Toronto. Since joining Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. in 1997, David Court has been involved in redeveloping the Simpson Building (Carrefour Industrielle Alliance).
