David Copeland

David Copeland has more than 23 years of brokerage experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His area of specialty includes retail tenant representation, pad site acquisitions/dispositions, big box leasing/dispositions, and land sales. He currently advises several tenants including Whataburger, PS Public Storage, Jiffy Lube, and Ovation Boutiques. He has also advised such tenants as The Dallas Cowboys and Pet Supermarket among others. He is marketing several large retail land developments for owners such as Rooms To Go, Chief Partners, Lovett Commercial, and Street Level Investments. Prior to joining EDGE, David was with CBRE for five years where he represented Conn’s Electronics, ExxonMobil, Sprint Wireless, Cole Real Estate Investments, RREEF and Kite Realty Group, among others. For nearly a decade, David was with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where he managed the ExxonMobil account. He graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing. He is a board member of the HP K-Life Organization and volunteers with Park Cities Baptist Church and the YMCA
