David Ching

David Ching serves as a Vice President Investments specializing in single tenant national leased real estate investments nationwide as well as neighborhood shopping centers in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Director in the company's National Retail Group as well as the Net Leased Properties Group. He began his career in Real Estate in 1992 and subsequently joined with the firm in August 2006. David received his first Sales Recognition Award in 2007 and was promoted to Associate Director of the National Retail Group. David has extensive experience in the analysis, origination, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of commercial real estate. Prior to Marcus Millichap, he worked as a commercial real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, land development, multi-tenant and single tenant retail construction, residential construction, property management and leasing. David's real estate career began with Prudential California Realty in 1992.
