David Chavez

David (“Chavo”) is our Qualifying Broker, investment specialist, and B5 tech support...he even has a tip jar on his desk! Chavo has over a decade of experience working with Landlords, national tenant accounts, and selling both multi-tenant and NNN assets. A few of his current accounts including Ross, Wendy’s, Jersey Mike’s, Sprint, Bloomin’ Brands, VEREIT, and Weingarten. He has excellent marketing, technical, and process skills...so basically he’s the glue that keeps our big projects on track. Chavo has a positive attitude, an unmatched drive and work ethic, but still finds time for some fun. When he’s not holding down the fort at B5 world headquarters, he’s outside being awesome at life.
