David Cartwright

Mr. Cartwright has twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His primary role at ATCAP Partners is to oversee the execution of ATCAP’s acquisition strategy. Prior to his role at ATCAP, he was one of the founding partners of Frontier Equity. In that role, he was responsible for executing the various investment initiatives of the firm as well as management of internal and external team members. Mr. Cartwright has a broad base of experience in acquisitions, asset management, operations and leasing with a wide variety of institutional partners. He has completed numerous office and industrial ground-up developments and has executed a number of hard re-positioning plays with successful outcomes. The early parts of his career were spent at Holt Lunsford Commercial in the areas of finance and accounting. This background provides unique experience and insight into the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate. Mr. Cartwright is a member of The Real Estate Council and has served in a volunteer capacity for several civic and non-profit entities. He holds a Texas real estate salesman’s license and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant. He completed his undergraduate education at Abilene Christian University with majors in accounting and finance.
