Formerly a residential real estate broker in downtown Chicago and Minneapolis for over a decade. David specializes in the acquisition, disposition and strategic value add planning for Land Development, Industrial, Multifamily Sales and leasing properties. David has over a decade of negotiating deals for his clients. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the local markets and uses his expertise to advise clients in meeting their real estate portfolio goals and objectives. He has sold over $75 million in residential sales to date. David uses his deep understanding of the CRE markets paired with a local market expertise to guide clients to achieve optimal outcomes for their commercial real estate portfolios. When David’s not closing deals, he’s spending time with his family or he’s either traveling, playing sports, or watching live music.
