David Burwick

While he has been a commercial real estate broker for nearly 20 years, he has worked with his brother Carl for more than 40 years. David and Carl have been involved in the Worcester business community since graduating from college. They own and manage family property in Worcester and Auburn. David’s experience has provided him with an understanding of what it’s like to be a landlord, tenant, business owner, business operator and property manager. He has helped clients with the sale and leasing of numerous industrial and commercial properties, and in doing so, has built longstanding relationships.
