David Bui
Senior Vice President responsible for management of the Majestic Office Division along with Majestic’s Corporate Campus.
David Bui joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2003 and currently manages the Majestic Office Division along with Majestic’s Corporate Campus. He oversees all aspects of the portfolio, including office, retail and industrial development, asset management, leasing, and tenant retention. David has spearheaded the efforts on multiple large-scale remodeling projects to improve tenant experiences through the interior and exterior renovations for properties collectively totaling over 4M square feet. In addition to his professional commitment to Majestic Realty, David is a member of the Board of Directors for the Majestic Realty Foundation and is recognized as an active member of his local, civic, and educational communities. Prior to joining Majestic Realty, he held positions at Transwestern Commercial Services and The Seeley Company. He is married with two sons and is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
