David Bower

David Bower draws on his diverse background in real estate development, finance and construction management to provide a full range of services for Corporate Realty Management clients. In his 20 years of commercial real estate and multi-family housing development experience, he has managed over 1.2 million square feet of construction and completed more than 110 sales, acquisition, leasing and financing transactions. Mr. Bower was a Vice President at AF Evans Company, Inc. and a Project Executive for Swinerton Builders. Since 2001 he has managed the development and construction of over 500 multi-family housing units in Northern California. Prior to Swinerton Builders, he was a Project Manager for JMA Properties, Inc. where he managed the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and disposition of office and apartment projects. Mr. Bower is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute. He has held a California Real Estate Sales License since 1988 and earned RPA and FMA designations from BOMI Institute International. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Management from DePaul University, Chicago.
