David Biales

Dave is a Managing Director in the JLL St. Louis office and has a broad range of transactional experience including tenant representation, agency leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and strategic consulting. From local companies to internationally recognized ones, Dave works with clients in many different industries including financial services, legal, banking, accounting, insurance, architecture, healthcare, energy, agriculture, advertising, non-profit, government, construction and development. Dave’s commercial real estate career began in 2003 with a local Grubb & Ellis affiliate. Since joining JLL in 2010, Dave has consistently been recognized as a top 5 revenue producer, and was recently named as JLL Top Gun, the recognition given to the top brokerage professionals in the Americas. He is an integral part of the JLL St. Louis office team and has participated in over 1,000 sale or lease transactions in excess of $1 billion. In 2007, Dave was recognized by the National Real Estate Forum as one of 20 Brokers for the Next Generation of Leaders, and by the St. Louis Business Journal as part of 30 Under 30 in 2009 and a 40 Under 40 in 2018. Dave also served as the President of the CCIM St. Louis Chapter in 2013. Dave and his wife, Angela, live in the Kirkwood/Glendale area with their two young boys, Decker and Barrett.
