During forty years of experience in the real estate industry, Dave has gained a vast amount of knowledge in various areas of real estate. His experiences have brought him full circle to be an expert in a field of employment that he loves. Dave moved to Florida in April of 1998 and took a position as an on-site sales executive for a large builder. He was fortunate to be associated with a company that has an excellent reputation and an incredible product. During his three years as one of their leading sales representatives, he was able to help many people purchase and build their homes. His construction and rental experience played a key role in his success with the job. On-site sales would become an important stepping stone to his future with Arvida Realty Services. Dave joined Arvida Realty Services in May of 2001, he put his 18 years of experience in all aspects of real estate to work. In the general real estate market, there are a diverse group of people with various needs and goals that they are trying to achieve. He knows the experiences along his real estate journey have prepared him for exactly what he is doing today. In July of 2003, Dave completed his education requirements and passed the State exam to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He decided the best way for him to service his present and future clients was to pen his own company. And so, Bartley Realty Services was born. Dave’s clients will have the advantage of his expertise in the real estate market when they are purchasing or selling their home or investment property.
