David Barry

David Barry is a Regional Leasing Manager with Boxer Property in the Atlanta, GA market. In his role, David is responsible for the management and recruitment of key staff, significant transactions, developing broker relationships, and general portfolio management. David joined Boxer Property as a Senior Leasing Representative in March of 2014 to focus on leasing and business development of the historic Hurt Building in downtown Atlanta. David started launched his real estate career in 1989 when he joined Portman Barry Investments, a full-service Class A office development, leasing, and management company founded by his father Hal Barry and world-renowned architect John Portman. David was ultimately responsible for the leasing and marketing of their flagship properties, the million square foot Northpark Town Center in the North Central Atlanta, and the 500,000 square foot Riverwood building in Northwest Atlanta.
