Dave is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in real estate sales, leasing and management of both residential and commercial properties. Dave began his career as a successful sales agent for K. Hovanian Homes, one of the nation’s largest home developers. After several years, he took a position with one of the largest resort property operators and developers in the world. Dave’s sales experience and ability to maintain client relationships resulted in his being responsible for the launch of two new products and over $110 million in sales. His involvement in product design and development and creating new marketing strategies proved invaluable. After several more years, Dave returned to residential sales and leasing to once again become a leader in the marketplace. His achievements include managing the sales efforts for several different types of properties including retirement communities, luxury high rises and community development initiatives. As an excellent problem solver and team motivator, Dave’s responsibilities spanned the entire sales process from pre-launch initiatives, marketing strategies and partnership development to contract negotiation and when applicable, successfully transitioning the community from developer to property management company. For the past few years, Dave’s focus has been on commercial and investment real estate. Dave has worked with both small and large clients including national retail chains to negotiate commercial sales and leasing contracts. Dave’s extensive real estate experience and business savvy has enabled him to build successful relationships with local and international investors; providing services such as performing market studies, canvassing geographically specific areas and executing complex sales contracts.
