David Banther

A Pinellas County native, David is highly active in his hometown of Tarpon Springs, FL. He has served on the Historical Preservation Board & Budget Advisory Committee for the City of Tarpon Springs. In March of 2013, David was elected to a seat on the Tarpon Springs City Commission, and re-elected unopposed for a second term in 2016-2019. He was nominated to the position of Vice-Mayor in April 2017. David is currently building upon his personal real estate portfolio (residential & commercial) and municipal zoning, variance, and land use experience to offer his clients guidance based off proven success and personalized customer service. David specializes in residential, small commercial, property management, & consulting for variances and municipal zoning. His main hobby is strength training, as David is a USPA competitive powerlifter. He is also a proud father of two young girls, along with his wife Ruth, they are active parish members at St. Ignatius of Antioch Roman Catholic Church in Tarpon Springs.
