David Badner

David Badner joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. in 1998. As a fourth generation in the real estate industry, Mr. Badner uses his strong negotiation skills to find the right space at the lowest price for the tenant which has resulted in leasing hundreds of thousands of square feet throughout Manhattan. Since starting with Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. David has been involved in the acquisitions of over 60 properties in 20 states and has negotiated hundreds of leases making him one of the top producing brokers on an annual basis. David has negotiated on behalf of many large corporations each year, many of which were publicly recognized throughout the industry. He has been welcomed as a panelist for the New York Real Estate Expo and been recognized by Norman Bobrow & Co. as “Broker of the Year” on numerous occasions. David was also involved in the purchase of several multifamily properties throughout the country including Florida, Texas, California, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. David received his Bachelor's of Science in Communications from Boston University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a licensed broker in New York.
