David began working in apartment management, and rehabilitation in 1995 and built it into a construction business a few years later. He decided to move into the investment side of apartments and began his real estate career in 2007. In 2015, David joined the Marcus and Millichap team. David has lived in Louisville his entire life which brings his clients expert and personal knowledge of the city’s growing and changing real estate climate. His comprehensive expertise in multifamily investments, dedication to his clients, and knowledge of the Louisville market has led to him receiving several promotions in the recent years. To date, David has helped clients transact over $250M in sales in Louisville and throughout the region.
