David Albert

With well over 20 years in the industry, David Albert provides his clients with the experience, professionalism and industry knowledge to help assist them in the successful acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, land and build-to-suit opportunities along with tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining CBRE, David served as Vice President of Flagler Real Estate Services (formerly Codina Group) for over 17 years. David’s past experience includes active roles in the sales, leasing and marketing of such projects including Beacon Industrial Park, an 800,000 SF Class “A” industrial park in Miami’s Airport West Marketplace and Beacon at 97th Avenue, a 500,000 SF industrial park also located in the Miami Airport Marketplace. Most recently, David lead the sales and marketing of Beacon Lakes, a 480 acre master planned business park owned by AMB Property Company. In addition to the successful marketing of numerous master planned industrial parks, David also has significant experience representing such national freight and logistics leaders to include Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Schenker and Schenker Logistics. David presently represents Schenker and Schenker Logistics in all their real estate operations in the US including disposition, site selection, lease/sale negotiations and related facility management and consulting. Some additional accomplishments include SIOR – Industrial Sale of the Year (land) in 2010, Flagler Real Estate – Industrial Broker of the Year in 2008, South Florida Business Journal Excellence Award – Best Industrial Real Estate Deal of the Year in 2006 and 2001, and ONCOR International – Top 25 Brokers of 2002.
