Dave Watson

Dave Watson, a Senior Managing Director with Newmark and native to Atlanta, started in the commercial real estate business in 1986 with CBRE. Dave currently specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties. In his 29 years of real estate experience, Dave has sold more than 115 buildings totaling over 11 million square feet and more than $70 million of income-producing properties. Prior to CB, Dave gained eight years of sales experience in Atlanta with Control Data Corporation and Johnson & Johnson.
