Dave Wallace

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dave Wallace is an accomplished office, industrial, and investment specialist at CRE Consultants. Since joining the firm, Dave has consistently been the company’s top producer, earning the distinction multiple times and taking the title of top broker in Collier County every year since 2014. As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and member of the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), Dave is a seasoned professional skilled in assisting clients with acquisitions and dispositions of other office, industrial, and investment-grade properties. Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Dave worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies in Florida and New York, where he handled all facets of commercial real estate including the sale, management, and leasing of a single 5,000,000 square foot complex. In addition to his extensive experience, Dave also founded both CB Richard Ellis-Rochester and RE/MAX 1st Commercial in Rochester, New York. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clarkson College and served as a signal officer with the United Nations Command in Pan Mun Jom, Korea after commissioning as a U.S. Army officer upon graduation.
