Dave Vitali

David Vitali has been actively involved in Retail Commercial Real Estate specializing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation over the past 11 years. Dave more recently helped develop and lease a 73,000 SF shopping center in Suburban Philadelphia. He also actively represents Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in the Philadelphia Metro market. Dave is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics. He’s also an active member of ICSC and licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry, Dave owned and operated a retail lighting and home furnishings store on the Main Line of Philadelphia, and brings his own experiences to bear with his retail clients.
