Dave Pinson
Prior to joining SVN OAK Realty Advisors full-time, Dave was a principal of Asset Living, a national property management company that operates over 200,000 units. He began his career at Trinity Multifamily as a regional manager and eventually purchased the business from the founders, becoming the CEO and managing partner. Over the next decade, Dave grew Trinity Multifamily from a small company managing just 2,500 units to over 24,000 units. He subsequently sold the business to Asset Living. Having spent his 20-year career managing multifamily and student housing, Dave is a recipient of many industry awards and sits on multiple related boards. He has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University.
