Dave Peterson

Dave began his real estate career at Julien J. Studley in San Francisco, CA as a commercial real estate consultant and agent where he represented numerous Fortune 500 companies on a nation-wide basis. His focus was primarily analyzing corporate real estate portfolios and implementing strategies to minimize costs and maximize the efficient use of real estate through various lease and purchase transactions. Dave relocated to the North Bay and joined Keegan & Coppin Company in 2003. He focuses on office and industrial leasing, owner/user purchases and real estate investments. Dave has been involved in some of the most notable transactions in the North Bay since joining Keegan & Coppin. He consistently ranks as one of the top producers, which led him to being named as a partner of the firm in 2010, Senior Partner in 2021 and Executive Vice President in 2023. Dave is proud to have the opportunity to work with his Keegan & Coppin family and to be part of the team leading the 50 year old boutique brokerage into the next generation.
