Dave Nixon joined TOK Commercial’s Magic Valley brokerage team in September 2024, following a successful professional career in aircraft sales and leasing. Dave has negotiated aircraft sales and lease transactions all over the world and set up related regional offices for his employers in Beijing and Singapore as well as his own consultancy in Hong Kong. He has held “C suite” and regional leadership positions in two aircraft leasing companies and led transaction teams for three aircraft manufacturers. With this experience, he brings an unmatched skill set in sales, leasing, contract negotiation, and process management. He is well adept in deal-making and financial analysis, trusted for his attention to detail and ability to streamline the deal process for his clients. He has built a strong network of connections in global manufacturing and aviation supply chain companies. Partnering with TOK’s Magic Valley commercial brokerage team, Dave offers clients guidance and advisory services in commercial real estate opportunities across all asset classes in the Magic Valley market. PERSONAL Dave is an Idaho native, born and raised in Idaho Falls, and a graduate in mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho. He has lived and worked in Seattle, San Antonio, Northern Virginia, England, France, Germany, Singapore, and China — Dave recently relocated back to Idaho from Hong Kong to be closer to family, including his oldest son who is the head golf professional at Jerome Country Club. A fun fact about Dave is that he enjoys scuba diving and holds an SSI Professional Dive Master certification. He also likes to paddle board, downhill ski, and get out on his mountain bike when he gets the chance.
