Dave Jorgensen

Partner and Senior Associate Dave Jorgensen has worked in the commercial real estate profession for over 15 years, most recently cofounding Cypress Real Estate in 2010. A premier commercial real estate firm, they are a leader in the marketing, representation, negotiation, analysis, and leasing of commercial real estate property. Within the company, Dave’s emphasis of practice is on industrial sales and leasing focusing his global experience and knowledge to the City of Calgary and surrounding areas. Dave has worked for two of the leading real estate firms in the world where before founding Cypress Real Estate, he held the position of Vice President of Industrial Sales and Leasing at DTZ Barnicke and before that as an associate at Colliers International. He has provided his experience and knowledge to international and national businesses, investment companies and a wide range of clients in the industrial sector. His passion for honesty, integrity, and working hard for every client drives his business practice. Dave is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge and holds an Associate License with Alberta Real Estate Council of Alberta.
