We are Net Lease Specialists and developers of large scale commercial shopping center, single tenant pads, residential multi-family and mixed use projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. We are developers of convenience stores with gas including Wawa and 7-11. We will acquire land and develop in New Jersey, Eastern and Central PA, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. We also own a franchise license for Hilton and Woodspring Hotels. We are actively seeking land for development or re-development opportunities.
