Dave Carlsen

After graduation from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and four years with Triage Consulting Group, Dave hit the ground running as an Associate with Avison Young Commercial Real Estate. He was awarded Regional Rookie of the Year and Sacramento ACRE Rookie of the Year Finalist. Now a seasoned professional, he has closed 120+ lease and sale transactions across the Greater Sacramento Area. Dave collaborates with his father, Jim, on the family real estate portfolio with no argument induced fatalities to date. As evidenced on the testimonials page, Dave’s clients appreciate his responsiveness and genuine concern for the best interest of their businesses. Dave is an avid “Big” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and is enthusiastic about helping local non-profits. He lives happily with his wife, Molly, and their golden labradoodle, Wendy, who graciously tolerate his late-night conference calls. Dave enjoys playing guitar at local open mic nights and ranting about the Sacramento Kings to whoever will listen.
