Dave Brown SIOR, CCIM

Dave Brown started his real estate career in 1987 at Coldwell Banker/CB Commercial (now CBRE) in San Francisco, California. As an industrial specialist, he spent four years leasing and selling industrial properties in San Francisco and south San Francisco. In 1991 he moved back to Oregon with CB Commercial (now CBRE), as he and his wife are alumni of Lewis & Clark College. In May of 1997, Dave and a partner founded Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC which grew into a full service commercial real estate company with expertise in Sales, Leasing and Property Management Services. In 2018, Dave founded his own company, Columbia Commercial, LLC, which continues to grow and serve the commercial real estate needs of the Southwest Washington and Portland, Oregon metro areas. Dave is a broker in both Oregon and Washington State and is a contributing member of the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) and a Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) member and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) member. He strives to add value to client’s properties through professional real estate service and works closely with property owners and developers in the design review process to insure a proposed development focuses on target markets the location will serve. Since 1991, Dave has been responsible for seven new business parks in the Vancouver, Washington market with a combined square footage of over 900,000 SF. Columbia Commercial, LLC currently manages 27 properties (industrial, office, and retail) with total of 800,000+ SF and represents over 3,000,000 SF of space for Lease and Sale.
