Dave Bair

Dave Bair graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and has spent more than 40 years living and working in Austin. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Dave worked for a national restaurant development company where he was involved in site selection and construction management of commercial properties. Dave also worked as managing partner in several restaurants in Texas and California. Dave is consistently one of the top producers for Berkshire Hathaway Texas Realty. Named by Texas Monthly as Super Real Estate Agent. Honored to be recognized in the Chairman's Circle Gold Ranking (The top 3% of all Berkshire Hathaway Realtors in North America) and since 2008, was named to the Chairman's Circle Platinum Rank (the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway Realtors in North America).
