Darryl Kenyon

A Broker who has resided in Carmel Valley for 22 years, and on the Monterey Peninsula for 42 years, Darryl has specialized knowledge of the Central coast, having closed many Commercial and Residential sales, Land sales and Commercial leasing transactions. Darryl attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo from 1976 to 1980, earning his degree in Graphic Communications/Marketing. During this time he invested in and made improvements to and leased a home in San Luis Obispo. Following graduation, Darryl worked in the Graphics Industry in San Francisco. In the fall of 1982, he found the opportunity to buy a small Graphics Company on the Monterey Peninsula, which he grew and moved to Ryan Ranch; and specialized in Agricultural, Education and Hospitality Marketing products. After building a 13,000 square foot Multi-Tenant building in Ryan Ranch, he sold the Company in 2004 to pursue a career in Real Estate. Darryl is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, DRE# 01476469. Darryl is married to Geri Kenyon, a Physician Liaison and 33-year employee at Community Hospital. We have three grown children; Colin, Director of Real Estate at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco; Alissa, a wholesale Salesperson at Steinbeck County Produce in Salinas who also lives in Carmel Valley with her husband and family; and Natalie, a Marketing professional living and working in Venice Beach, CA. Darryl is the past President of the Monterey Commercial Property Owners Association, a Board Member of the Carmel Knolls Property Owner's Association, and a member of the Carmel Valley Association.
