Darren Ross

Darren Ross is a Senior Vice President of Colliers International in Atlanta. Darren draws on the breadth of his experience to partner with national, regional and local clients to maximize the value of their real estate through identification, evaluation and negotiation of lease and purchase opportunities. He is consistently recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Metro Atlanta. Over his career, Darren has completed over 500 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $500M. Darren also serves as the Director of the Atlanta Industrial Services Group (ISG). In this role, Darren is responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team; the integration of client services; and the aggregation of the proprietary market data for the benefit of ISG clients. Today the ISG is a nationally recognized practice group within Colliers that is widely known as the strongest industrial brokerage firm in the United States. Prior to joining Colliers in 2011, Darren served as a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. He started his real estate career in 2001 with CBRE.
