Darren Coleman

Darren is a member of the RICS and a Partner in Green & Partners` Lease Advisory Department. His knowledge encompasses both the Office and Retail sectors. Darren’s Retail experience is extensive, acting for institutional funds, property companies and occupiers. His work is throughout England and Wales and focuses on lease regears, Landlord & Tenant Act renewals and rent review advice. As head of the Office Agency Team, Darren draws upon long and significant experience of the sector. He acts for various occupiers and owners. Darren has represented Reed in Partnership and Reed Specialist Recruitment for many years regarding their nationwide commercial Office space requirements. Darren’s experience ensures he is frequently undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals within the sector in Central London and across major UK cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol. He has recently taken charge of a major acquisition programme for Reed in Partnership, securing more than 85 properties throughout England to service two major Government contracts. Darren is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and mentors graduates at Green & Partners throughout the APC process.
