This means no conflicts of interest and lets them focus on what is best for their clients. All of their leasing staff are trained to guide each client, from touring the spaces and answering all questions to walking each client through the lease application. They even assist with coordinating all improvements, regardless of whether the improvements are with their in-house designers or third-party contractors. Moreover, because all leasing is done in house, the Bernstein Management Group staff will continue to be their client's point of contact throughout their tenancy, never forgetting any promises and always lending assistance whenever needed. They pride themselves on cutting red tape so they can spend more time helping their clients.
