Darrell Deshaw

Darrell is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail and development. He holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in International Business and International Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and furthered his education at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Darrell’s career spans over two decades, with leadership roles at prominent firms. He is currently serving as Vice President at Western Retail Advisors, a position he has held since July 2023. Prior to this, Darrell was Vice President at Kidder Mathews from 2018 to 2023 and at Advisors Commercial RE in 2017-2018. His earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Retail Investment Group, LLC from 2015 to 2017, and Account Executive at CoStar Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Darrell’s real estate career began as an Associate at NAI Horizon in Phoenix, AZ, from 2005 to 2011, and he also worked as a National Product Specialist at Ping Golf Equipment from 2000 to 2005. Darrell is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona and is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he serves on the Phoenix Next Generation Program Planning Committee. He has represented a diverse range of clients in significant transactions, including tenant representation for brands such as Filiberto’s, Yoshi’s, Vaquero’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Bubba’s 33. Additionally, he has provided landlord and developer representation for notable clients like Armstrong, Embree, Avalon, and Thompson Thrift.
