Darin Gross joined Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit of?ce in 2015. Darin works with the VHG CRE Group, focusing on single-tenant net leased and multi-tenant investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions. Their team has a seasoned track record which is demonstrated through over $862 million in transactions across the country. Previously, Darin was accepted from over 900 applicants to participate as one of 30 fellows in the one-year Challenge Detroit Program, where he served as a Systems Architect for Marketplace Homes and a consultant for non-pro?ts in the Detroit area. Majoring in Finance, Darin was always interested in investments and entrepreneurial activities. Landing an internship with Detroit Venture Partners is what ?rst got him involved in the entrepreneurial world. From there, he founded his own start-up company, Booklify.com. Booklify was a website for college students to buy and sell textbooks with each other to avoid the high fees from the bookstores. A graduate of Michigan State University, Darin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Broad Business School.
