Darin Edwards

Darin Edwards joined Commercial Properties in 2001, focusing on Industrial and Office commercial real estate transactions. Over the last 10 years, Darin has consistently completed a range of between 110 and 150 transactions per year. Darin has proven to be a focused commercial real estate agent. His drive and dedication are apparent in his daily work habits. As a testament to his hard work, Darin is the point of contact for several of CPI’s clients including WCV Commercial Properties, RREEF, Victoria Properties and D. Wong and Associates. Furthermore, Darin has been a member of Commercial Properties’ Top Producers Club for the last 4 years, which acknowledges the top five producers of the year. Mr. Edwards has also earned the distinction of being named a leasing Power Broker, by CoStar.com His past experience of working in his father’s appliance company taught him the inner workings and struggles of a small business in Arizona. The challenges and fast paced nature of commercial real estate are what Darin enjoys most about the industry. Outside of these endeavors, Darin has enjoyed giving back to his community by volunteering as a coach for the Special Olympics in Tempe, and being involved in his church. He competed collegiately as a pole vaulter, after which, he coached high school pole vaulting for a few years. He is an Arizona native and lives in Gilbert, where he resides with his wife and two energetic sons.
