Having been immersed in the New York City real estate market for nearly two decades, first as an investor and now as a developer and broker, Daren Herzberg knows how to make every transaction run smoothly and successfully. His experience with buying and selling properties, both personally and for his clients, gives him in-depth knowledge of the various Manhattan neighborhoods, from the Upper West Side to Tribeca, while his keen business sense make him a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers. As an investor who has bought and sold numerous Manhattan and Brooklyn properties, Daren has fine-tuned how to buy and sell profitably, market real estate effectively, and add value to every transaction. In this role as developer he has also assembled teams of architects, contractors, lawyers, and other key people, giving him the ability to see a project from idea to completion. Because he’s seen real estate from all sides, Daren is a skilled broker who understands the psychology of buying and selling properties. As such, he is an expert negotiator who always gets the best value for his clients. Additionally, his experience in construction and development enable him to help buyers see the real value in any given property, while his gifted eye for design and layout make him better able to market and highlight his sellers’ listings. By capitalizing on his expertise, Daren has created a loyal following of clients, from media magnates and Wall Street titans to technology entrepreneurs. Over the years, Daren has represented various new developments, from townhouses to condominiums to hotels, seeing them all from conception to development to fully executed contracts. In doing so, his team of marketing and transactional experts have consistently broken the highest price per square foot sales records for their clients and developers. Prior to his real estate career, Daren spent twelve years in the commodities trade. He has also traveled to 25 different countries, particularly specializing in East Asia and Latin American business cultures. He is fluent in Spanish, an avid tennis player, and an accomplished classical pianist, having trained for over 15 years.
