Dara E. Petralia is an experienced, commercial real estate agent with a constant pulse on the ever-changing Western N.Y. market. Dara uses these tools and connections to structure unconventional deals that provide an overall win-win situation for her clients. Dara was the recipient of the 2014 New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Sale of the year award. The sale included 100 apartment units, 6 retail, and 4 office spaces that she scouted for her buyer. Dara sat as the KW Commercial CLC, Commercial leadership counsel for 4 years with being the regional leader for all commercial members. Dara sat on the Board for NYSCAR for 6 years, having just completed her term as President at the end of 2022. Dara's passion for helping others includes becoming a New York State certified instructor for teaching commercial real estate. Dara loves helping other agents learn the commercial process, understanding the terminology and how to appropriately represent clients. 2023 is off to an amazing start with a recent business move to join Tru Agent real estate, a boutique firm in Rochester where she will spearhead the commercial division.
