Danny Smith

Danny Smith along with his wife Billie Faye Smith own and manage Smith & Smith Realty in Wildwood. As a Florida Native, Danny moved to Wildwood at the age of 12; Danny’s background in the land business began as a Farmer and is now in the Profession of Land and Commercial Real Estate. He has earned the Designations of an (ALC) Accredited Land Consultant and a (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member. The Education from these along with his experience has given him the ability to understand and translate the many moving parts of complicated land and commercial real estate transactions. In 2017 Danny closed over $40 million in land sales in the Tri – County area. Danny was recently named the Top selling Residential Land Broker in the Nation by the Realtor Land Institution, 2017 Realtor of the Year by Realtor Association of Lake & Sumter Counties, 2016 Business Man of the Year by the Sumter County Chamber. The 2015 Commercial Realtor Achievement Award presented to Danny by The Florida Realtors. He was also awarded as the 2012 Land Realtor of America by the National Realtors Land Institute.
