ABOUT

Danny Elliott joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. In his role as Partner at REATA, Danny lead company efforts in project leasing, tenant representation and development. Calling on his unique team building and marketing skills and business insights, Danny has successfully completed leases totaling more than 3 million square feet. He has also lead tenant rollout efforts introducing national restaurant chains to the San Antonio and South Texas markets including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Pei Wei Asian Diner and Whataburger. Other clients include Frost Bank, CareNow Quality Urgent Care, Circle K Brands, Leslie's Pool Supplies and Les Schwab Tire Centers. In addition to his business accomplishments, Danny maintains an active leadership role in his community of Fredericksburg, Texas. Prior to joining REATA, Danny gained valuable experience as an Asset Manager for H-E-B in Shopping Center Development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Texas A&M Land, Economic and Real Estate (LERE) program.
