Danny Cramman

Danny is a Director in the National Industrial Team of Avison Young with over 25 years’ experience in this sector. Based in the Newcastle office his main role is providing strategic advice on the development, sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property and land as well as consultancy advice to both the private and public sectors. He has been involved in some of the largest schemes to be delivered in the North East and is currently involved with the delivery of over 1.1million sq ft of new build speculative industrial stock in the region.
